Individual and Couple Counselling
I regard every client as unique so the approach used will depend on what each person needs and feels comfortable with. This may be discussed when you book your first session or may emerge as the work progresses.
The concepts of voice dialogue shed significant light on difficult relationship patterns. Called bonding patterns, this work can be a constructive part of couples counselling.
For specific help with resolving a conflict you can also go to my site www.conflictadvice.com which offers a telephone and web-based coaching service. See also the Conflict Resolution Help tab on this site.
